Emilia Voge, GRI, cCPM, ABR - hold dual degree in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College, Meadville in Pennsylvania.

She is a licensed real estate broker, Realtor® , a member of National Association of Realtors, member of California Association of Realtors, Orange Country Realtor Association, member of Project Management Institute in Pittsburg, PA, and member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in Chicago. Further she holds the following three Real Estate designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and cCPM, candidate for Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago (IREM) and ABR (Agent Buyer Representative) through the National Association of Realtors. She is also certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a certified notary and loan signing agent in the State of California.

Previous to becoming a real estate broker, Ms. Voge has worked as Project Manager on several multi-million dollar commercial development projects in Orange County. Ms. Voge has extensive background in the areas of project management, property management, consulting, sales and marketing. Further, she has undergone in-depth training in the areas of real estate investing, 1030-tax exchange transactions and land development.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Voge oversees the day-to-day management of Griffin Knights Realty Corp. and maintains an active oversight role on all projects in which Griffin Knights Realty is involved.

As a Project Manager, Property Manager and Real Estate Broker, she strongly believes in building her business with emphasis on communication and close effective working relationships for all her clients thus bringing their projects to successful culmination.

Scott Denick has been a General Contractor holding both B-1 and C-10 designations since 1986. He has been a licensed real estate agent Realtor® since 1994, and is a member of National Association of Realtors, member of California Association of Realtors, and Orange Country Realtor Association.

Mr. Denick has more than 20 years experience in the business of real estate development and construction management. He is responsible for overseeing development,project management and construction management services.

Mr. Denick has a proven ability to organize and complete multiple complex construction projects in a timely manner, and an excellent track record in cost estimating, preparation of contractual documents, developing and maintaining budget and schedule requirements and overseeing a project to its successful completion. His business strategies reflect his extensive familiarity with the development and contracting aspects of a wide range of projects.

Prior to joining Griffin Knights Realty Corp. Mr. Denick owned and operated businesses in the marketing and advertising as well as a good sized General Contractor Corporation. Mr. Denick’s responsibilities for Griffin Knights Realty Corp. include equity purchase analysis and acquisition on all projects and overseeing all accounting functions.
